Newly refurbished and decorated to a high standard throughout, this bright accommodation consists of a newly fitted dining kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave, a large lounge with 2 bed settees, TV, radio and CD player, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and toilet and a second toilet with wash hand basin.

The kitchen contains the normal appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a gas cooker and all the necessary crockery, cutlery and cookware.An electric shower has been installed in the bathroom and the flat is heated by a gas central heating system with thermostatically controlled radiators. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Notes

1. Maximum occupancy of the flat is 6 people.
2. The flat will be available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival.
3. The flat should be vacated by 11.30am on the day of departure.
4. 3 sets of keys will be made available to users on arrival.
5. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required with confirmation of the booking.
6. The balance of the cost must be paid 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
7. For bookings during the Edinburgh Festival, 50% of the cost will be payable by the 30 June.
